Whether travelling or trying something new, we welcome drop-ins from all folks!
Our only ask is that you have a minimum three months of CrossFit experience. Follow this link to fill out a drop-in request form.

A CrossFit program is made up of three elements:
Weightlifting - all styles including power and olympic, add load to the body, we call it lifting weights.
Gymnastics - any body weight movement is considered a gymnastics element
Cardiorespiratory and cardiovascular stimulus - think of this as your heart and lungs getting work in various intensity thresholds.
It's the use of all three modalities(together and independently) and the variety of reps, times, and weight within those modalities that make up the science behind the CrossFit methodology.
CrossFit Lite is an excellent program for athletes looking for less complex gymnastic and barbell work. Great for people more comfortable with dumb bells and kettlebells while standing on the foundational elements of CrossFit programming.
Our CrossFit Lite program is designed to be done 3 x week. You don't have to have gym experience, we have a 5 day Foundation Program to get you started. If you have some gym experience, you start with an Orientation/Evaluation Session and then jump into classes asap.

If you are currently pregnant or 6 weeks postpartum, you can get started with us in person at our Mom Strong classes, Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 and 10:30 am. If you are early postpartum you can start with one of Robyn’s 3 online postpartum programs. Follow this link to find out more.
